MOP 2005 Online Registration

Please complete the form below to register for MOP 2005, noting that the fields marked with a * are mandatory. When you have finished send the completed form by clicking the 'Submit form' button. You will then be sent an email which includes the total amount payable.

 The inclusive package is the easiest and cheapest way to register for MOP 2005. This is the default selection so you can proceed directly to the second part of the form if you want to register in this way.

For those of you attending the whole meeting, but wishing to stay in an hotel, we also offer two further packages.  The first of these includes lunch on each day only, while the second also includes the trip to Warwick and the conference dinner.

We also offer the option to register for individual days, although the entire meeting will be more expensive if selected in this manner.

For each day  there are three registration options:
 Lunch is included in the registration for all delegates.  The first day of the meeting is Monday 8th, such that the rate for Sunday 7th only includes an evening meal, accommodation, and breakfast on Monday morning.  The conference will end on Friday 12th August.  Please note, however, that both the inclusive package and the daily rate with accommodation for Friday include accommodation over Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning.  Note that the rates indicated by the ** include the conference dinner, which will take place on the evening of Thursday 11th August.  For more information on the conference dinner please see the practical arrangements page.

MOP 2005 Payment Form

Please note the revised payment deadline of Friday 1st July. There are three ways to make your payment: cheque, bank transfer, and credit card. Also, please be aware that payment can only be made in British Pounds Sterling.
