CUTLASS is a UK national facility providing data to UK scientists to support both space based and other ground based studies at high latitudes. Data is also available to scientist from contributing countries (Finland, Sweden and Iceland) and to others on a collaborative basis.
CUTLASS/SuperDARN data may be requested via the data request form although most users will find the online data plotting facility more convenient to use and will provide significantly quicker access to the data.
Users may also request that specific operation modes to be run on either the CUTLASS radars or the entire SuperDARN radar network. It is however, important to understand the neccessarily complex scheduling procedures before requesting your own experiments.
CUTLASS/SuperDARN scheduling procedures are described here

The next months draft SuperDARN schedule can be seen here.
The month after next draft SuperDARN schedule can be seen here (if available).
The SuperDARN mailing lists are a useful source of information. Information on subscribing to a mailing list is available here. The DARN-USERS list is a good starting point.
